The most expensive home in the South Florida market is a recently upgraded high-floor condominium in Sunny Isles Beach listining at US$35 million, $2,555 per square foot.
The waterfront unit is located at Acqualina Ocean Residences at 17885 Collins Avenue, have 3-bedroom and 2,214 square foot. Features intracoastal, ocean and city views, smart-home system and a huge balcony.

New Sunny Isles Beach condo tower Muse will include unit sculptures

The new oceanfront Sunny Isles Beach condo tower, called Muse, is a 47-story, 68-unit narrow building.
Will be located at 17141 Collins Avenue and plan to included sculptures by Albanian-born artist Helidon Xhixha in each unit.
The project designed by architect Carlos Ott will be constructed in less than one acre and will have 100 feet of oceanfront.
New York-based Property Markets Group with co-developer S2 Development of Aventura bought the lot area in 30 million dollars last September.
